| Established September 2004. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday. We open at 9 am and close at 5 pm. We close for lunch daily, usually around 12:30 or 1:00, depending on our schedule, and return by 2:00. Walk-ins are always welcome but appointments are advised to ensure prompt service. We do our best to not keep anyone waiting. We have a full-time Audiologist who can provide comprehensive hearing evaluations as well as tinnitus evaluations. If hearing aids are recommended, we provide hearing aids from the industries leading manufacturers. Most of our hearing aids include a 3-year manufacturer's warranty for repairs and loss or damage. We include 3-years of free batteries with hearing aid purchases. We will be happy to service your current hearing aids. We carry hearing aid batteries and hearing aid accessories and can order any accessories we do not keep in stock. We are a family run business and are all from the Lakeway area. We believe strongly in good customer care and treat our patients as we would want our loved ones to be treated.
